Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind every product we make. Please read our policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
Perishable Products
Due to the nature of our fresh, handcrafted bakery items (Ma'amoul, Baklava, Kunafa), we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order - wrong item, damaged, or not as expected - customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Perishable Items
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
- Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Refund is issued to the original payment method.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us at:

- If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
