Processing Time
We prepare each order with care and aim to ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Delivery Time
- Local (London, ON): 1–2 business days - local courier or pickup
- Canada-Wide: 2–7 business days via Canada Post or trusted carriers
- USA Shipping: 5–10 business days - available for select items
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup from our London, Ontario location. Simply choose "Local Pickup"at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready to collect.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping on orders over $79 CAD within Canada.
